  • Preparing drug formulary in excel which includes generic name, brand name correction, schedule, manufacturer, therapeutical classification, sub classification, uses, contra-indication, ADR, mechanisms of action.
  • Finding medication errors in dispensing, prescription, transcription & in exit report
  • Patients counseling regarding drug effects for both Out-patients & In-Patientss
  • Involved in auditing crash cart, inventory, doctors prescription as well as IP case file with respect to lab values & cross verifying drug chart
  • Responsible to provide information about the drugs and drug related enquiries to pharmacy & doctors
  • Educating both pharmacy staff as well as nurses in hospital

Qualifications and Skills

  • Pharm.D with 1-2 yrs experience
  • Good in MS - Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Male Candidate only preferred
